With a weight of just 345 grams the model is the lightest of the entire Adidas' range. This provides you with premium conditions to quickly get the racket into position for your next shot, taking advantage of the round headshape and hard 24k carbon surface to place the ball where you want. At the same time, the soft EVA foam in the core provides excellent comfort.

The racket's neutral weight distribution and Dual eXoskeleton technology mean you can still add power to your strokes, allowing the skilled control player to use their quick hands to turn defence into attack.

Technologies Applied in Adidas Adipower Light 3.2

EVA Soft Energy

The racket's core is made of soft energy EVA rubber to give you an ideal combination of power and comfort. This is the medium hard of the three types of foam that Adidas works with in their top rackets. Adidas' rackets with this foam is marked with a blue cap.

Carbon Aluminized 24K

Adidas operates with 6 different types of fibres, each type having different properties that influence the power and control ratio of the racket. This racket is made with "Carbon Aluminized 24K", which is Adidas' second least flexible fiber out of 6. This provides a high degree of energy transfer in the stroke and thus you are rewarded with plenty of power when you hit the ball well.

Dual eXoskeleton

This technology characterises the Adipower series, where the heart of the racket is reinforced, so you get maximum transfer of energy in each shot.

Power Embossed Ridge

The outside of the frame is reinforced with carbon nerves for greater stiffness. The aim is to give the aggressive player more power.

Spin Blade

In the Adipower series, Adidas uses their Spin Blade Mold technology, which is a surface structure that enables you to put more spin into the ball.

Smart Holes Curve

A strategic placement of the racket's hole pattern that optimizes sweetspot and grip of the ball.

Structural Reinforcement

The entire racket head has been reinforced to make it even more durable and resistant to the stress and torsion that the material is exposed to.
